Default Lindy update

The doctor called me with Lindy's results. Her BUN and creatine are both
higher than they were a month ago, which is not good. The doctor hopes that
getting her onto the special food will help. There was blood in her urine,
so they're going to do a culture to look for an infection, which may be the
cause of her problems.

She needs dental work, but the doctor isn't even going to think about that
until other things are figured out. She says that anesthetic can be highly
dangerous to a cat with kidney problems. OTOH, we don't want her to be in
pain from her teeth and gums. More tests may be needed.

In the meantime, she ate most of her breakfast and wanted food at lunchtime.
I gave her a little and she ate some of it. She spends a lot of time
meowing, sometimes wandering around the house. I don't know if she wants
something I can't figure out, or if she's in pain, or just confused, or
what.

Right now she's curled up in the rocking chair that belonged to my
grandmother and seems to be comfortable and contented.

Mega healing purrs are on the way for Lindy. I so hope things work out for
her.

Thank you Cat-Nipped. This morning she wanted food. I gave her a small
amount, and she ate it all, but didn't ask for any more. I consider that an
improvement, even if it is a small one.
