Default Amber lost a tooth

My 9 year old, Amber, lost one of her upper fangs today. I found it on
the floor and it looks like it broke off. She eats mostly canned food -
only nibbles on dry if she wants me to give her more wet. She seems to
be eating normally. I guess this means a trip to the vet next week.
She doesn't appear to be bothered by this but I would guess the root
should be removed.

Its a good idea to have your vet take a look at it, Mike.

Good luck.

Same thing happened to my cat and I did loose some sleep over it. But she's
eating normally and does not appear to be in pain But I brought her to the vet
and my guess will be that if you bring your cat to the vet he "may" say that if
its not bothering your cat then its better to leave it for now. But you should
bring it to the vet because its professional advise and not personal hunches.
