Default I found a four leaf clover :)

Walking back to the house from feeding the cats next door, I looked down and
spotted a four leaf clover Maybe this means things will get better in
2009! Or maybe it just means I need to get the yard guys to treat the grass
for weeds.

I also have moles. I mean the burrowing, tunneling kind. Although since I
live on a golf course it's entire possible they're gophers... great. lol

If anyone deserves a better 2009 then it's you so I hope it means that

You live by the ocean. I think you are pretty much stuck with the
moles.

Once the neighbors get home and their cats get back outside, the moles
will probably move a few houses away.

I grew up in a rural area of Ohio, and we had lots of moles and also lots of
little chippies (chipmunks). One year, we noticed an owl perched on a low
limb of a tree right outside our living room window. He stayed there for
several days, and he seemed to be staring at the ground below the window.
Of course, owls are nocturnal, and we only saw him "perching" when there was
enough light to look outside. He flew away after a few days--and we
realized some time afterwards that we no longer had any moles or chippies!

I see your moles, and raise you my rats, LOL! Yep, we have rats in our
horse barn. One of the damn things ran across my foot today. Time to
get the terriers in I think.

At least they're in the barn- I once had two rats run across my foot
in the "Bells"!

(It's not that much of a dive nowadays)

It is possible the golf place treats for the moles and sends them out to
you.

Naw, the four leaf clover has to mean better luck for you.

You can use smoke bombs to get rid of the goffers.
