No, nutrients AND ingredients are both important. If only nutrients
mattered,
you could eat McDonald's hamburgers and greasy fries every day and take a
multivitamins with it.


Except the diet you listed is high in fat and sugar, etc....

Your analogy isn't accurate so your whole argument is flawed. Nice try though.

Or, you could eat fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole
grains, etc.


If I wasn't getting the proper nutrients out of the ingredients you stated, I
would be just as bad off. You didn't mention meat, are you a vegetarian?
