Default Purrs needed (OT)

Some of you may recall I was having serious troubles with a certain
boss over an allegation that could have led to disciplinary action
back in December/January. Nothing more has been said on the matter
until today when I am handed a letter telling me the hearing will go
ahead on the 29th of March. I've had 4 months of stress from this and
am horrifed to find out

1. She should have told me by the 29th of December what was happening
or if she was unable to tell me why and when she would
2. She said nothing at all to me about the extension
3. She now provided evidence that she asked for an extension to the
19th of January without telling me but it looks like the main reason
she did it was to get a statement from someone else amended so it was
even less favourable to me than it had been in the first place
4. This is the first time I have seen her other bit of evidence
5. One of my colleagues whom I work closely with has agreed to be a
witness- I had a feeling it was her behind it but now it has been
confirmed I am expected to work with this woman
6. She's had 4 months to gather her evidence I only have until next
Tuesday

Anyway looks like I'm getting the boot- so could do with some new job
purrs if anyone has any spare

Thanks and could I also ask for some purrs concerning the interview I
have the Friday before the hearing......wouldn't that be funny if I
walked in the next Monday and said "Why go ahead I'm leaving here
anyway"-okay the other people have to do all their CRB checks ( no
sweat) so it won't happen in time for me to put my notice in before
the hearing but it would amuse or better still say nothing until I am
clear to start the new job then put my notice in and cite what has
been done as my main reason for leaving.....There's a bit of me that
says if I was to be offered it on the Monday I could put my notice in,
I could always temp whilst waiting to be cleared or cash a grand in
from a matured policy and have a few weeks with my feet up

I vote the latter! After this much stress you absolutely deserve a
few weeks with your feet up to cuddle with the kitties...you'll start
the new, or any new, job renewed and rejuvinated.

I am so very sorry you had to deal with what, really, is an
intolerable situation.

Many purrs,

Sophia

My hero- one of my consultants who was around when it happened and
doesn't agree with her version of events at all has agreed to be a
witness for me! He's a nice man
