Miss Lily Whiskers is in fine fettle. She had her stitches out on
Monday by her normal TED, Michael, who said that she had healed
beautifully, and could she stop having adventures whilst he was away
please! Apparently the locum TED, John, who treated my little girl did
a very nice job and left Michael with about 500 pages of notes,
including 14 pages detailing Miss Lily Whiskers and her escapades! So,
the upshot is that MLW has resumed business as normal and is in fine
fettle, although her tail is a bit shorter and has no fur on it.

As for Cara, she's doing very well, and is currently worn out and
asleep in the kitchen in a sunbeam because she's just spent 3 hours at
the beach in the water chasing her ball and swimming with my other
dog, Bonnie and my brothers black lab, Shadow. Miss Lily Whiskers and
Cara are now fast friends, and curl up in bed together.
