A Bird in the Kitty Walk!
There's a mesh enclosure on my patio known as a Kitty Walk. When I got up
this morning I found a small sparrow fluttering around inside it, trying to get out. Persia was fascinated. (Hey, what's that bird doing in my kitty walk?!) I have no idea how the bird got in there. I keep it closed when not in use, specifically so wildlife won't get in. Somehow this little bird managed it. Of course the bird couldn't figure out how to get out again. As I watched another sparrow flew down as if to ask "What the heck are you doing in there?" LOL I had to go out (in the pouring rain) open the end of the enclosure and usher it out. Speaking of birds, I just hung another suet cake and scattered more wild bird seed. Persia loves watching and chattering at them Jill |
