Default Impossible fur ball, need HELP

my cat started hacking 5 days ago...

I started the hairball remedy.

my cat has stopped hacking as of 3 days ago, I havent found the hairball
and cat is eating less, looks lethargic and not playful.

could this be another problem??

Sounds like it could be an obstruction. Get the cat to a vet ASAP for an
exam.

thanks for the info, we thought of that.

turns out Her FELV went active. Doc pulled out 50cc of fluid from each
lung.

just a year old. we'll have to put her down if she cant keep her lungs
clear.

Friggin sucks.

Damn. I'm sorry to hear that. Did you know she was leukemia positive when
you adopted her (or when she adopted you)? Do you have any other cats that
need to be tested/vaccinated?
