Here are the promised pictures of my two foster kittens (who I have provisionally named "Dora" and "Mama's Boy"). My friend Stef came over last weekend and snapped these while I played with them. It's so funny how adult cats, who weigh about 12 times as much as the kittens, are afraid of them, but the kittens are fearless. Sarsi was very cautious around Bonnie when she first arrived it was like she was worried she might break her if she played too rough- Bonnie had no such concerns and has probably hung off every bit of Sarsi several times- she ambushes her all the time Lesley Slave of the Fabulous Furballs |

They are gorgeous! Thanks for showing us the pictures. I'm so glad they are doing good. It's so funny how adult cats, who weigh about 12 times as much as
the kittens, are afraid of them, but the kittens are fearless. Indeed. http://ib1.keep4u.ru/b/071104/96bd2ef494341c2f27.jpg http://dl.ziza.ru/other/112009/30/pics/013.jpg My little Mingus was like that. His mum kept him in a cupboard for the first week or so of his life. But as soon as his eyes were open and he could walk around, he came out there with his brother Zeke to look at the great wide world (i.e. the hallway). The first thing he saw was his dad Ishmael, who looked just about identical except for being 50 times his size. So Mingus HUFFED and PUFFED himself up to become a truly ENORMOUS, THREATENING kitten, and stood there in the hallway glaring at his dad... .... who took one look at the HUGE, FLUFFY MONSTER and fled to the other end of the flat. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- e m a i l : j a c k @ c a m p i n . m e . u k Jack Campin, 11 Third Street, Newtongrange, Midlothian EH22 4PU, Scotland mobile 07800 739 557 http://www.campin.me.uk Twitter: JackCampin |
