Default Apache has had a hard day today

This morning, it was dark. I went into the kitchen, and stopped at the
bedroom door when I noticed Apache sitting there. Unfortunately, my foot
was on her tail, and when I took a step backwards to pet her, she zoomed
away from me.

Later, Apache was on the dresser, and I started towards her to pet her,
when Little Boy ran in front of me and made me stumble. My hand came
down hard - again, right on her tail.

I have spent the better part of the day sweet talking her, and
apologizing for being a cat-abusing thug. Fortunately, she has forgiven
me, and is even now asking for petting and tummy rubs.

Hugs and Purrs,
Mark

I swear they do it on purpose. One moment the cat is nowhere to be
seen, the next you step back onto a tail stretched out directly in the
path of your foot!
