I don't know what changed, but it makes me happy.
For a long time, Little Feet would literally run away if he put one paw into the bedroom. If he was put on the bed, he ran away even faster. Never mind, sitting on my lap in the bedroom. He always loved to be cuddled, but the bedroom was his not-happy place. In the past month, he has started coming into the bedroom, sleeping with us at night on the bed, and jumping up into my lap with the rumbliest purrs. I was so sad that he kept running off (this went on for over a year), and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. Now, I am beyond happy that he has chosen to socialise with me again. Took me a whole lot of months/year to get Boyfie in. Congratulations. Tweed |

Did he used to come into the bedroom? I know you've had him *much* longer than a year! It's more like 14 or 15 years, isn't it? Did something happen to scare him away from the bedroom? -- Joyce No one should try to hit another's bumper. But bumper bumpage is a part of life. Yawn and get on with it. -- Gene Weingarten |
