Default whimp or gentleman?

Tiger and Sweetie Pie each have their own food dish. The other day, Sweetie Pie decided she wanted some of Tiger's food. She went over and swiped Tiger witha paw. He moved away without a word and let her have it.

Pickles was a little more polite when she wanted some of Waffles' (RB)
food. She would just stuck her head in front of his into the dish. He
always moved back.

I've never had a multi-cat household but I gather there is a natural
pecking order.

Definitely a gentleman!
Boyfie used to let KFC have his food (or the best cushion etc) when she
bopped him round his ears too. She was less than half his size but a lot
feistier. She weighed 4lbs. Last time at the vet (in the last month)
Boyfie weighed 4.35 kilos about 10 lbs-ish.
Maybe personality has something to do with it too. Boyfie has always been a
gentle soul who prefers not to argue. Not a wimp and neither is Tiger.
IMHO.

I always saw the relationship between Nadia and Felix as that between mother and son- she wasn't his mother, but I got them both from the shelter at the same time. She quickly established her supremacy and her territory, and he seemed happy to be bossed around. I have never seen an animal looked so forlorn when he realized she was dead. But he did take over the living room shortly there after. Toci
