I've lost two cats, at age 16 and 18, and all I can say is that it's good that they lived that long. And your Cinnamon lived a long, happy life as well. You'll never 'get over' losing him, but in time, the pain will begin to fade. You have given Cinnamon the best and bravest gift of all, a most precious
gift of mercy, and I have no doubt that he is running over the Bridge with the strength and painless vigor of his youth, blessing you for loving him enough to let him go. One who has never known a cat's love, the charm of play, and the comfort of a purr is experiencing it now with Cinnamon's little spirit, and he will await you in happy retirement until you meet again. Please accept my condolences. Blessed be, Baha robert casey wrote: We had to put Cinnamon to sleep a few days ago. He was about 17 years old, and had a tumor in his mouth. Also had kidney trouble. I'm very sorry for you loss, having had to make that same decision last
month. But it sounds as if it were truly the kindest thing to do for Cinnamon at that point. And yet it's so hard to see them go! Melissa |

Long enough to get them thoroughly into your heart, and your whole system. Now we sent him to the Rainbow Bridge where he'll feel better... Purrs for his crossing.
